Unlimited File Storage — Keep Every Document You Need

Travel generates paperwork. Visa confirmations, passport scans, insurance certificates, boarding passes, hotel vouchers, itineraries from the office, PDF tickets from that obscure regional rail operator. The list grows with every trip, and it never shrinks.

Most travel tools make this harder than it needs to be. They cap your uploads, gate file storage behind premium tiers, or quietly stop accepting attachments once you've hit some arbitrary limit. You find out at the worst possible time — standing in a hotel lobby with no Wi-Fi, trying to pull up a booking confirmation that was never saved because you'd already used your five free uploads.

We think that's absurd.

Attachments in the Ticketpal dashboard

No limits, no tiers

Ticketpal places no restrictions on the number of files you can upload. There are no caps, no quotas, and no upgrade prompts. If you have a document related to your travel, store it. However many documents your trips generate, Ticketpal will store them.

This applies across the board: personal accounts, team organisations, every plan. We don't believe file storage should be a lever to push you into a more expensive tier. Your documents are part of your travel, and they belong alongside your tickets.

Drag, drop, done

Getting files into Ticketpal is deliberately simple. Open the dashboard, drag your files in, and they're stored. No multi-step wizards, no folder hierarchies to configure first, no mandatory tagging before you're allowed to save.

This matters because the person uploading isn't always the person travelling. PAs, office managers, and executive assistants regularly manage documents on behalf of others. The fewer steps between "I have this PDF" and "it's saved in the right place," the better. Drag it in, associate it with the right trip or ticket, and move on.

You can upload from your desktop, attach files you've received by email, or add documents directly from your phone. Whatever is fastest in the moment.

Find it when it counts

Storing documents is only useful if you can find them again — quickly, under pressure, on the move.

Every file you upload to Ticketpal is linked to your trips and tickets, so you don't need to remember file names or dig through folders. Heading to the airport? Open the trip on your phone and everything is right there: boarding passes, lounge access confirmations, visa documents, the lot. No searching, no scrolling through email threads, no "I know I saved it somewhere."

It's the difference between calm and chaos at the departure gate.
